1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be arranged for shipment on the next working day. We source premium cashew nuts globally, and occasional stock replenishment delay will be notified via your registered email in advance.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Regions
European Union Countries
Standard International Shipping: 8–18 business days.
USA, Canada, Australia & Other Rest of World
Standard International Shipping: 12–28 business days.
Delivery timeline is an estimated value, delays caused by local customs clearance, extreme weather or carrier unexpected issues are out of our control.
3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold
- UK mainland: Free standard shipping on orders over £45; flat rate £4.99 for orders below £45.
- EU Countries: Free shipping for orders over £70; standard flat shipping fee £8.99 otherwise.
- US/CA/AU & other global regions: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country, no automatic free shipping unless specified on site promotional activities.
4. Customs & Import Duties
All destination country import taxes, customs duties, VAT or clearance fees shall be borne by the recipient buyer separately. Cashews are food commodity subject to local food customs inspection; any customs detention cost or return expense caused by buyer’s local import regulation compliance is the purchaser’s responsibility.
5. Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels
- Please check package outer condition upon receipt; refuse acceptance if outer box is severely damaged.
- Contact our support email supports@cashewsworld.shop within 7 days after marked delivery for damaged goods claim with photos proof.
- For confirmed lost-in-transit parcels verified by logistics carrier, we offer options of full order refund or free reshipment after official carrier loss confirmation (normally 20–30 working days post dispatch).
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If parcels are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailable or refused customs clearance by buyer side, buyers need to bear the return shipping cost and extra reshipping expense for re-delivery.
